Introducing ten new creations, our mixologists' inspiration is drawn from classic cocktails and influenced by new elements. One of the signature cocktails is named 'Gloucester Road' and represents our hotel's location in Causeway and features our hotel's exclusive gin, PL50.

We are delighted to introduce our latest addition to the menu - Seafood Weekend Brunch, curated by our Chef de Cuisine Florian Muller. The brunch offers a semi-buffet showcasing tempting appetizers and desserts, for the main course we have a range of seafood dishes .

Service Charge:   Prices are in Hong Kong dollars and subject to 10% service charge.
Wine Corkage (Indoor Dining):   $600 per standard bottle (750ml).
Complimentary Corkage Offer:   Enjoy free corkage for one 750ml bottle with purchase of a bottle of wine from the SKYE wine menu priced over $1,200.
Roofbar:   No corkage is allowed.
Cake Charge:   $150 per cake
Cancellation Policy:   Advance payment is required to process the reservation.
Advance payment is only refundable and changeable up to 24 hours prior to the reservation.
Refunds are subject to 5% processing fee.
Dress Code:   Smart casual.
We respectfully request no bare feet, in-room slippers, or flip-flops for all guests at SKYE.
For gentlemen, please refrain from wearing tank tops and open-toed shoes. Knee-length shorts are accepted.
