    Past - Present - Future

    We kick off our 50th anniversary celebrations at SKYE Roofbar & Dining. Our mixologists have crafted a total of twelve cocktails, symbolizing 'the past,' 'the present,' and 'the future.' Each era will feature 4 cocktails representing its unique period: The Past until March 31, 2024. The Present from April 2024 to June 2024. The Future from July 2024 to September 2024. All twelve cocktails will be available together from October 2024 to December 2024, allowing guests to savor the full range of flavors.

    We are delighted to introduce our latest addition to the menu - the "French Bistro Weekend Brunch, curated by our Chef de Cuisine. Come join us for brunch while enjoying the breathtaking backdrop of Hong Kong's iconic skyline. The brunch will offer a semi-buffet showcasing tempting appetizers and desserts, with a variety of main course options to select from.

    Wine Corkage (Indoor Dining): $600 per standard bottle (750ml).
    Roofbar: No corkage is allowed.
    Cake Charge: $150 per cake
    Cancellation Policy: Advance payment is required to process the reservation.
    Advance payment is only refundable and changeable up to 24 hours prior to the reservation.
    Refunds are subject to 5% processing fee.
    Dress Code: Smart casual.
    We respectfully request no bare feet, in-room slippers, or flip-flops for all guests at SKYE.
