    We kick off our 50th anniversary celebrations at SKYE Roofbar & Dining. Our mixologists have crafted a total of twelve cocktails, symbolizing 'the past,' 'the present,' and 'the future.' Each era will feature 4 cocktails representing its unique period: The Past until March 31, 2024. The Present from April 2024 to June 2024. The Future from July 2024 to September 2024. All twelve cocktails will be available together from October 2024 to December 2024, allowing guests to savor the full range of flavors.
