  • Weiss Chocolate Dinner Menu

    For the first time in Hong Kong, SKYE has teamed up with the professionals at La Chocolaterie Weiss to create a Degustation menu featuring 8 different grades of cocoa across 5 courses, as well as featuring 2 pralines and an Exclusive-to-Park-Lane blended tea to finish the meal. Chef Lee uses 12 different techniques of handling the chocolate, from its raw cacao form, up to a compound of varying cocoa gradients in the special tea that is served with the flavoured mignardises.
