    Celebrate the weekend in style at SKYE as you enjoy a creative culinary journey over a 4-course menu with 2 tempting appetizers, a sensational main course and an array of all-you-can-eat sweet options presented to you in the form of an elegant dessert trolley.

    The brunch menu costs HKD500+10% per person, and includes free-flow Prosecco Treviso Brut Spumante Masottina NV*, soft drinks and freshly squeezed juices.

    *Upgrade from Prosecco to Champagne Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV at an additional HKD250+10% per person.

    The new menu is available from 18 February 2017.

  • Liquid Nitrogen Cocktail By Guest Mixologist Andy Griffith from Eau-De-Vie Sydney

    We are taking "Liquid Inspiration", SKYE's most popular cocktail list to another level by inviting renown Australian mixologist and the head bar tender of the famous “Eau-de-vie Sydney” to showcase his list of liquid nitrogen cocktails at SKYE on the 19th – 20th June 2017. One need not travel to Sydney for the coolest poison!

    Green asparagus marks the triumphant arrival of summer! When in season, the delicate flavour of asparagus is one of the best in the world and is celebrated universally. Using the best of this years’ crop, we have created dishes for you to enjoy at any part of the meal during 15-30 June.

    Try the sweet and grassy green asparagus from Vaucluse in South-East of France for new dishes Cream of New Seasons’ Asparagus Soup, Brown Butter Summer Truffle Gnocchi and Baked Asparagus Egg Custard Tart.
