You will earn 1 Plus Dollar for every HKD 1.00 spent at any Park Lane’s restaurants and bar.  Every 100 Plus Dollar can redeem for HKD 2.00, the Plus Dollar earned can be used to settle your bills up to 100% at Park Lane! Extra Plus Dollar could be earned even when you are enjoying the Plus Dollar benefit!

How to Accumulate Points
Members will earn 1 Plus Dollar for every HKD 1.00 spent; every 100 Plus Dollar accumulated will be equivalent to HKD 2.00 spending value at The Park Lane Hong Kong.

• Park Lane Plus Card is applicable to all Restaurants and Bar within The Park Lane Hong Kong and all Plus Dollar earned are based on net spending and exclude service charge. Plus Dollar incurred each time will be effective at member’s next consumption at The Park Lane Hong Kong
• Park Lane Plus Card must be presented before payment otherwise, no Plus Dollar will be earned and/or redeemed
• Park Lane Plus Dollar earned will be valid for 1-year from issued date, and all accumulated Plus Dollar will then be forfeited. Members can start accumulate Plus Dollar afresh in the following year
• An administration fee of HKD 20.00 will be charged for the first time reissue of lost card with valid accumulated Plus Dollar

• Plus Dollar accumulated by different Park Lane Plus Cards cannot be combined for bill settlement
• Park Lane Plus Card and accumulated Plus Dollar are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Any queries on the earning of Plus Dollar should be raised immediately upon bill settlement.  No Plus Dollar adjustment is allowed thereafter
• The information printed on Park Lane Plus Card is valid only if complies with the records of The Park Lane Hong Kong
