For every HK$1 Room, Meeting or Banquet Revenue your guest generated at The Park Lane, Hong Kong, you will earn 1 Park Lane Club Bonus Point:

To ensure that your points are accurately recorded, always quote your name and membership number to our reservation agents each time you book a room, banquet or meeting at our hotel.
For Room Bookings
Point accreditation for room bookings is based on the CONFIRMED ROOM RATE at the time of booking.
For Banquet/Meeting Bookings
Point accreditation for banquet and meeting business is based on the banquet/meeting REVENUE (* based on the menu or meeting package price only, excluding beverages and service charge) of each function you organize.

Award Prize
For every 40,000 bonus points earned, you can exchange one of the following awards :

Prize Redemption Procedure
To exchange for Gift Certificates, Asia Miles or Cash Coupons of stores/department stores, you are required to submit the Prize Redemption Form to the Park Lane Club Manager for action.

Members will be duly informed for collection when the required awards are ready.

The approval of application and renewal is subject to the final decision of The Park Lane Hong Kong.
In order to receive your statement and award in good condition without delay or loss, members must UPDATE us on any changes of personal data and mailing address.

Point Accumulation

Point accreditation is non-retroactive and will commence only when your membership is active
Points will only be accredited to materialized bookings (not including no shows)
The reconciliation of point accreditation is subject to the final decision of the hotel
Points will only be credited for bookings made by the cardholder
Points are based on CONFIRMED ROOM RATE at the time of booking, or banquet/meeting revenue based on the menu or meeting package price only, excluding beverages and service charge
Points cannot be transferred between Club members
Points cannot be transferred to another company if the member changes employment
Points and awards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Awards

The Park Lane Hong Kong reserves the right to change, cancel or substitute any prizes, privileges and reward conditions without prior notice
The Park Lane Hong Kong assumes no liability on all CLAIMED vouchers/prizes either for loss, theft or damages or any responsibilities for product warranties
In case of loss or expiry of gift certificate/coupon, no re-issuance will be made.
The remaining value of the gift certificate/coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

General

The Park Lane Hong Kong reserves the right to change programme partners, adjust or cancel all or any part of this programme at any time without prior notice
The Park Lane Hong Kong assumes no liability for any effects on the accrued points or devaluation of vouchers as a result of changes or cancellation of the programme, and/or discontinuance of partner service   
In the event of unlikely disputes, the decision derived by The Park Lane Hong Kong remains final
