Position: Assistant Chief Steward

  • Min. 4 years' steward supervisory experience from hotel / club house / sizable restaurant
  • Possesses good leadership and interpersonal skills with HACCP knowledge
  • Good command of English and Chinese

Position: Captain - Riva

  • Min. 3 years' fine dining service experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Split shift duty is required

Position: Assistant Banquet Service Manager

  • Min. 5 years' hotel banquet service experience holding supervisory role
  • Detail-minded with good leadership and guest contact skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese

Team Leader - Banquet

  • Min. 3 years' hotel banquet service experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese

Host/Hostess - Café One

  • Preferably 1 year's hotel restaurant host/hostess experience or min. 3 years' relevant F&B server experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese

Position: Waiter/ress

  • Min. 1 year's F&B server experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Positions are available in George & Co./Lobby Lounge, Café One and Riva

Position: Vietnamese Chef - Café Kitchen

  • Min. 8 years' chef experience in Vietnamese cuisine
  • Shift duty is required
  • Good command of English or Chinese

Position: Steward Attendant

Front Office

Position: Executive Floor Manager

  • Min. 4 years' hotel front office supervisory experience with sound F&B knowledge
  • Strong guest contact and interpersonal skills with excellent command of English and Chinese

Position: Guest Relations Officer

  • Min. 2 years' hotel front desk experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese

Position: Front Desk Agent

  • Min. 1 year's hotel front desk experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese

Position: Bell Attendant

  • Min. 1 year's hotel bell attendant experience or studied hospitality course
  • Good command of English and Chinese

Sales & Marketing

Position: Reservation Agent

  • Min. 1 year's hotel reservations experience
  • Good command of English & Chinese
